Two new Urgent Care services supported by Sesui Cloud Telephony

The start of April saw the launch of two new services supported by Sesui Cloud telephony for Urgent Care providers.

The first was in Yorkshire and Humber, where social enterprise Local Care Direct (LCD), has taken on the NHS contract for the Urgent Dental Clinical Advice and Booking Service and successfully launched the service from 7am on the 1st April. The service smoothly transitioned from the previous supplier, with patient calls being handled by the LCD team based at locations in Leeds and Huddersfield.

Sesui have added a cloud based service that allows LCD to manage inbound calls across both sites. This provides centralised reporting, disaster recovery and enterprise resilience across the entire service.
