When lockdown began to be implemented, CTM were affected on two several fronts. Firstly, from ‘business survival’ perspective,  the business very quickly needed to enable remote working for their staff and call centre agents, and, as the pandemic continued, and clients stopped travelling, CTM needed flexibility in terms of management of their licences.

Secondly, and more positively for CTM, the business won the contract from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) for the repatriation of stranded travellers – a complex and always evolving challenge that Sesui helped solve.  Find out more in the video below.
